  • Our competition offers a variety of categories to celebrate different musical styles, skills, and artistic expressions. Whether you're a performer, composer, conductor, or ensemble member, there's a place for you!

  • Categories are different divisions of the competition, each focusing on a specific aspect of music. They are grouped by age, specialties (such as composition or conducting), and musical themes (such as Baroque or Jazz).

  • Yes! You are welcome to participate in multiple categories if your performance or composition fits into more than one. For example, the same piece can be submitted in both the Age Category and a Specialty Category like Chamber Music or Original Composition. You can also submit different pieces in different categories.

  • Each category has a description explaining who it is for. Some categories are open to instrumentalists, vocalists, composers, and conductors, while others are designed for specific styles or musical disciplines. Read through the category descriptions and choose the ones that best match your work. If you have any questions, feel free to reach out—we’re happy to help!
